Due to the natural terrain, including a gravel walkway and steps, it may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns. Guests & Booking • Maximum occupancy must match your reservation • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is granted • Visitors, gatherings, parties, or unapproved guests are not permitted • Primary guest must be 24+ and present during the stay No Parties or Events • No parties, gatherings, or events permitted No Pets or Animals • No pets or animals of any kind permitted on the property • Due to severe allergies affecting owners and future guests • Minimum $250 cleaning fee may apply for violations No Smoking or Vaping • Not permitted inside or outside the cabin • Minimum $250 cleaning fee may apply Quiet Hours • 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: 4:00 PM. Do not attempt to use the access code for the door lock prior to your scheduled check-in time without prior approval. This will disable your access code and may delay your check-in. • Check-out: 10:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior approval and may include a fee • Late checkout is not guaranteed and may result in additional charges, including up to the cost of an additional night Checkout Reminder • Please plan to depart promptly by 10:00 AM Parking & Access • Park in designated areas only • Access includes a gravel walkway and approximately 40 steps Safety Notice • Uneven terrain, gravel paths, stairs, and natural outdoor conditions are present • Guests assume responsibility for using reasonable caution while on the property Wildlife • Do not feed animals • Keep food secured Security Cameras • Exterior cameras monitor entry and parking areas only • No interior cameras Property Care • Please treat the property with care and respect • Damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations may result in additional charges. I’m an Army veteran and former combat medic, and I’ve spent nearly 30 years as a nurse. Caring for others has been at the heart of much of my life. During my time in the military, I met Rhonda. Life eventually took us in different directions, but 29 years later, we found our way back to each other. That reunion became a love story all its own. Rhonda’s Romantic Retreat was inspired by our story and by the idea that sometimes the best thing two people can do is slow down, step away from everyday life, and reconnect. We created the cabin as a peaceful getaway where couples can relax, enjoy time together, and make special memories of their own.
