Under the Oaks is a full-hookup, back-in site with 20/30/50-amp electric, water, sewer, a picnic table, and a private firepit. With plenty of room for even large motorhomes and fifth wheels, it's a perfect spot to park, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful Arkansas Ozarks. Located on our scenic 23-acre property near the Buffalo National River, guests can enjoy fishing ponds, nearly a mile of walking trails, a modern bathhouse, laundry facilities, and plenty of space to explore. Whether you're spending your days floating the Buffalo River or relaxing around the campfire beneath the oaks, Site #10 offers the perfect combination of shade, space, and Ozark charm.

What started as a dream of creating a peaceful place for people to escape the everyday hustle has grown into something we're incredibly proud to share. From cozy cabins and unique pondside cottages to full-hookup RV sites, tent camping, and glamping, we've worked hard to create a place where families, couples, and friends can slow down, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
